Here is the third fill idea based upon The Six Stroke Roll. The first fill was the Motown fill. The second tom and cymbal accents.
In this third installment, we stretch the basic rudiment a step further. Up until now we’ve simply moved the hand pattern (RllrrL) around the drum kit. Now we look to substitute the ‘rr’ by playing two bass drum notes. This disguises the six stroke roll slightly and makes it sound more complex and interesting.
Work on the pattern slowly and speed it up gradually as you become familiar and relaxed with it. It is best to view this as just one way in which we can bring the feet into the six stroke roll. Why not try substituting other notes with bass drums? What if you added a hi-hat foot pedal instead of a bass drum? The key here is to experiment and see what you can come up with.

Have fun experimenting and let me know if you come up with any great fills of you own.
